Product Description
Deck Oven Up to 4 Decks High
Omega's baking decks are hermetic and totally independent offering the possibility of selecting different temperature for ceiling and floor, in this way it is possible to bake at the same time different products in each deck or, in case of periods with less production, it's possible to use only some decks avoiding to heat the whole oven (running economy).
Models from 2 to 4 trays, possibility of laying till 4 chambers one on the top of the other, more than 20 solutions for pastry shops, bakeries, hotels, fastfood, restaurants.

Standard Features:
-Thermal insulation is ensured by rockwool panels, for an improved security and an optimal energetic productivity.
-Door seal was set in the door which can effectively prevent leakage.
-Each oven has up and down two sets of temperature control, and has a digital indicating temperature controller which can accurately reflect the actual temperature of the inside.
-The control panel readable and easy to operate, making it easily adaptable to any kind of bakery and pastry production.
-The discharge damper are also independent for each deck.
-The opening is carried out manually by means of a front knob.
-The interior lighting system works independently on each deck.
